Sophia Learning is proud of the educational experience we offer to learners interested in pursuing courses that are ACE recommended for recognition of college credit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you are a new member and not 100% satisfied with your Sophia experience within the first 30 days, we will refund your membership fee. Contact Sophia by email: learningcoach@sophia.org or call 1-800-341-0327 to request a refund.

Terms. If within 30 days of the time of payment you are not satisfied, you can cancel your membership under your membership profile on your account and request a refund by contacting your learning coach by email or phone.

B. Conditions: The following conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a refund of your Sophia membership fee:

  • You must have enrolled in a Sophia subscription membership on or after August 1, 2020. Students who registered for or started a Sophia course prior to that date are not eligible.
  • You must not have previously completed a Sophia course as a member.
  • You must request the Sophia membership fee refund within thirty (30) days of paying for your Sophia membership. To request the refund, contact Sophia by email: learningcoach@sophia.org or call 1-800-341-0327.
  • Employees of Sophia and its affiliates, faculty and staff, their spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children are not eligible.
